At Aironza, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards

Exchange Policy If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly offer an exchange (subject to stock availability). Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
